John Martini (3/23/2016):  "The Cliff House appears spanking new in this photo and the “Sutro Baths Gallery” is a stand-alone building
without the adjacent cigar store that shows up in most views of the renamed “Cliff Foto Gallery.”  I’d date this as 1896-’97."
